
Global Health Limited (Medanta) has announced its financial results for FY2025, posting a 12.6% year-on-year growth in consolidated total income to INR 37,714 million, driven primarily by increased patient volumes. The healthcare provider reported an EBITDA of INR 9,562 million, up 9.4% from the previous year, with margins at 25.4%. Profit After Tax stood at INR 4,813 million, with adjusted PAT (excluding a one-time expense of INR 499 million) reaching INR 5,186 million.
During FY2025, Medanta added 219 new beds across its facilities and saw a 10% increase in occupied bed days. In-patient and out-patient counts rose by 11.7% and 9.5% respectively. The Board has recommended a final dividend of INR 0.50 per share. Group CEO Pankaj Sahni called FY2025 “a landmark year,” noting that the flagship Gurugram facility was ranked India’s Best Private Hospital by Newsweek for the sixth consecutive year.
Medanta’s expansion plans include a 550-bed facility in Noida expected to open in Q2 FY2026, as well as new projects in Mumbai, Pitampura, and Guwahati. The company aims to add 1,000 beds over the next two years. The healthcare provider also reported significant clinical achievements, including its first CAR-T cell therapy at Lucknow and numerous specialized procedures across its facilities.
