Recently South Africa defeated West Indies by three wickets (DLS method) in a rain-curtailed T20 World Cup 2024 Super Eight stage Group 2 match in North Sound. Actually with the win, South Africa qualified for the semi-finals, while co-hosts West Indies have been knocked out. Earlier, England also qualified for the semi-finals from Group 2.
