Actor Karthik Aaryan is running. The first poster for the actor’s new film ‘Chandu Champion’ was released on Wednesday. Netpara is abuzz with Karthik’s look.
It is said that this film is a biopic of Muralikant Petkar, India’s first gold medalist in the Para Olympics. Muralikant won gold in 50m freestyle swimming at the 1972 Paralympics held in Heidelberg. He also reached the finals in three other categories. In 2018, he was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India. Director Kabir Khan made the film based on his life.
This is the first sports film of Karthik’s career. Karthik’s reinvention for this film is evident from the look of the actor. Earlier in the film, the actor’s look was revealed with short, cropped hair. But the glimpse he got on Tuesday. Fans are excited to see it. Sharing the poster for the film on social media, Karthik wrote, “Champion is coming. I am excited to share the first poster of one of the toughest films of my life.”
Earlier, the audience saw Karthik in ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’. Recently, Karthik came to Kolkata to shoot for ‘Bhoolbulaiyaa 3’. ‘Chandu Champion’ is releasing next month.
