The Advisory Committee, chaired by Chief Minister Pu Lalduhoma, has met to discuss the use of the vacated Assam Rifles land. The committee, including stakeholders like the Mizoram Synod and landowners, has proposed the construction of a new Aizawl Police Station, water supply infrastructure, and five connecting link roads. The committee also presented a draft Master Plan, aiming to align the land with sustainable urban planning models. Around 52.57% of the land area has been designated as public space. The Mizo Diaspora Hub was launched by CM Lalduhoma.
