Actress Priyanka Chopra is recognized for her significant accomplishments in both film and fashion; however, she faces a rather basic challenge at home — managing her laundry.
In a recent interview with PEOPLE, the 42-year-old actress stated, “Laundry is a challenging task for me. I find it difficult. I will always attempt to have someone else handle it.”
The Heads of State actress reminisced about an occasion when her mother-in-law, Denise Miller-Jonas, ended up taking care of her laundry. “My mother-in-law once tried to instruct me, but that was merely my tactic to have her do my laundry for me!” she remarked with amusement.
The Citadel actress further expressed that although she is at ease with ironing and folding garments, the laundry process is overly complex for her. “There are too many buttons, too many options, too many small details,” she explained.
Priyanka also mentioned that after publicly sharing this anecdote, she intends to give her mother-in-law a quick phone call. “I am going to call her right now and inform her that I mentioned this. ‘Just wanted you to be aware!'”
Priyanka and her spouse, Nick Jonas, were married in 2018. Since that time, she has frequently shared heartwarming family moments on social media, featuring images with their 3-year-old daughter Malti Marie and Nick’s parents.
