Start-up founders in India have garnered substantial followings on professional networking site LinkedIn, as revealed in the Avendus Wealth – Hurun India U35 List 2025. The report highlights young entrepreneurs who have successfully merged their social influence with business achievements, creating “massive personal brands,” according to Hurun India’s post on X (formerly Twitter).

Topping the list is Ritesh Agarwal, 31, founder of hotel chain Oyo, with 1.32 million followers. Oyo’s parent firm, Oravel Stays, was recently rebranded as Prism in September 2025. Second is Alakh Pandey, 33, of Physics Wallah, with 465,000 followers, followed by Meesho co-founder Vidit Aatrey, 35, who has 301,000 followers.

Other notable entrepreneurs in the top 10 include Prabhikiran Singh of Bewakoof (113,000 followers), Ajinkya Kulkarni of Wint Wealth (104,000), Razorpay co-founder Shashank Kumar (100,000), Gaurav Khatri of Noise (94,000), Skyroot Aerospace’s Pawan Kumar Chandana (93,000), Razorpay’s Harshil Mathur (83,000), and Rahul Attuluri of NxtWave (66,000). The list underscores how India’s young founders are leveraging social media to enhance visibility, build credibility, and influence the entrepreneurial ecosystem while driving business growth.
