Amid online trading scam in Assam, Cops arrested many accused involved in the crime. Prime accused of the crime Sumi Borah and Tarkik Borah were under police radar since the news came into light.
On Thursday, Assam Police chief GP Singh posted on X saying “The game is over for them. Compliments to the team STF.”
Sumi Borah and her husband Tarkik Borah both have surrendered infront of the police. On Wednesday, Sumi Borah released a video saying, “A lot of defamatory news about me is being circulated about me in the media of which even 10% is not true. The media conducted my trial and hanged me even before courts started the legal process.”
Further, Assam Police has arrested 59 people and 28 cases registered on online trading scam across Assam.
